A membership fee to participate with a booth space at the Hayes Valley Carnival, a free-to-the-community event on Saturday, July 18, 2026. All participants are included in the press release, the webpage and Social Media posts for the Carnival.

The participant provides a space for tasting. (Table, ice, cooler/bucket.)

HVMC provides marketing (signage, social media, email blasts, printed maps), Eventbrite ticketing, and coordination for the Wine Walk. (City permit, wine, glasses, volunteer servers.)
